My Approach

I believe every leader has the capacity for clarity and growth—given a safe, reflective space. As a coach, I don’t solve problems; I walk alongside my clients as a thinking partner—someone who listens deeply, holds space, and supports meaningful exploration of goals, challenges, and thinking.

My practice is solutions-focused, values-led and person-centred, grounded in the competencies of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Whether we’re focusing on leadership, wellbeing, career, or personal growth, my goal is the same: to foster deeper self-awareness and purposeful change.

  • This is a chance for us to say hello and for me to hear a bit of your story and what’s bringing you to coaching. I’ll explain how coaching works, offer you a short taster, and answer any questions you might have. It’s a relaxed space to explore whether coaching feels like the right fit for you.

    The call is completely free, and I recommend allowing up to an hour so we’re not rushed.

  • Coaching is a meaningful investment in your growth, clarity, and leadership. I offer a range of packages designed to meet you where you are — whether you're navigating a specific challenge or seeking long-term strategic development.

    Packages for non-profits start from £395 for three sessions, with options to suit different needs and levels of support.

    All packages begin with a free 60-minute discovery call to explore your goals, get a feel for coaching together, and decide which approach is right for you.

  • It depends on what you're looking for. Some clients come for a short, focused series of sessions to work through a specific challenge. Others choose a longer partnership to support deeper growth or leadership development over time.

    I offer flexible packages ranging from 3 to 10 sessions, usually spaced every 2–3 weeks. We'll decide what pace and length feel right for you during the free discovery call — and there's always room to adjust as we go.
